We cannot apply without repetition, we cannot rep without understanding what is taught, otherwise we will rep skill concepts the wrong way. Every session moves through all three, in order.
Teach
Understanding first. The concept is explained and demonstrated before a single rep is counted.
Rep
Rep Based Approach. Repeated repetition of the basics matters even at the highest skill level.
Apply
Constraint Led Approach. Game-like scenarios force players to self-organize and solve problems.

Dr. James Naismith created the game we know as basketball in 1891 as a way to develop the mind, body, and spirit, through Christian values at the YMCA in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Where we train.
1515 Long Ave, River Oaks, TX 76114. Fifteen minutes west of downtown Fort Worth, with parking on site. The drive is shortest from River Oaks, White Settlement, Azle, Benbrook, Saginaw and west Fort Worth.
552 Russell Rd, Hudson Oaks, TX 76087. Separate gym, Sundays only, and the closer of the two for Weatherford, Willow Park, Aledo and Parker County families.
